Heritage Vault provides AI-powered photo enhancement services including:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Heritage Vault operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for AI photo enhancements. Credits are non-refundable once purchased but never expire. New users receive 3 free credits upon registration.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Heritage Vault a license to process, store, and display your photos as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share the photos you submit.
When you enable the Public Showcase feature for a photo, you grant Heritage Vault permission to display your before/after photos on our website. You can disable this feature at any time to remove your photos from public display.
You may not use Heritage Vault for any illegal purpose, to upload harmful or offensive content, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to attempt to compromise our systems security.
Heritage Vault is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including loss of data or photos.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
